FORMAL information
A minor (under 18 years of age) may undergo the procedure only after obtaining the consent required by law:
--> under 16 years of age - only with the consent of legal representatives or parents
--> 16-18 years of age - double consent (minors + legal representatives or parents)
In the absence of full consent or doubts regarding authorization, the procedure will not be performed.
The document is an integral part of the studio documentation.
Providing false data results in full liability of the person submitting the declaration.
The studio reserves the right to refuse to perform the procedure without giving a reason.
In case of disputes, Polish law and the court having jurisdiction over the studio's registered office shall apply.
Any change in the scope of the procedure requires new consent.

KLASYCZNY płatek ucha
"Zwykłe kolczyki" robimy już kilkuletnim maluchom - pod warunkiem, że same tego chcą i są w stanie to jasno zakomunikować. Nie mamy dolnej granicy wiekowej.
PIERCING ucha
Helix, forward helix, vertical helix, hidden helix, flat (scapha), upper lobe, stacked lobe, conch, tragus, rook, faux rook: powyżej 13 r.ż.
Industrial, cage, snug, ragnar: powyżej 15 r.ż.
PIERCING twarzy
Przekłucia twarzy takie jak np. język (tongue, venom), nos (nostril, high nostril, septum, bridge, paoli, mantis), warga (snake bites, angel fangs, spider bites, vertical labret, central labret, Madonna/Monroe, jestrum, philtrum, medusa, ashley), dhalia, policzki (cheeks), smiley, tongueweb, sideburn, eyebrow (brew), third eye i inne robimy od 15 r.ż. wzwyż.
PIERCING ciała
Przekłucia standardowe, takie jak np. pępek (standard navel, floating navel, reverse navel), obojczyk (clavicle), sternum (mostek) oraz kolczyki surface i implanty typu dermal wykonujemy od 15 r.ż. wzwyż.
Przekłucia brodawek oraz intymne, np. christina, pubic, vertical clitoral hood (VCH), ampallang, prince Albert, dydoe, frenum, triangle, Jacob ladder i inne wymagają pełnoletności (18 lat +).
MODYFIKACJE ciała
Wszystkie modyfikacje ciała wykonujemy wyłącznie osobom pełnoletnim (18+), tj. rozdwajanie języka (tongue splitting), instalacja implantu RFID, genital beads, skaryfikacje, implanty silikonowe i subdermalne, zszywanie uszu po tunelach, zszywanie dziurek po piercingu, usuwanie keloidów, wycinanie tuneli i inne.
TATUAŻE
Tatuaże wykonujemy od 16 r.ż. za zgodą i w obecności Rodziców / opiekunów prawnych.
