Trzeba z dzieciakiem zwyczajnie pogadać. Jeżeli Twój trzylatek nie zemdleje na hasło "krew" albo "igła" i nie ucieknie w popłochu na samą myśl o codziennej pielęgnacji, możliwe, że się nadaje :)
Ucho goi się ok. 1,5 miesiąca. Uwzględnijcie w tym czasie ograniczenie zajęć na basenie, treningów piłki nożnej czy innych zawodów. Wakacje również nie sprzyjają nadmiernej higienie, więc rezerwacja terminu przed samym wyjazdem do Egiptu to bardzo kiepski pomysł.
Jeżeli Twój maluch nas nie przekona i padnie choć cień podejrzeń, że może to być jakakolwiek forma przymuszenia z Twojej strony, wskazujemy palcem drzwi.
Oczywiście, im później, tym lepiej. Uszy rosną razem z dzieckiem. Staramy się zaklinać rzeczywistość i wyznaczamy przekłucia tak, aby dobrze wyglądały także za lat kilka. Jednocześnie dziurki MOGĄ się rozjechać i na to już nie mamy wpływu.

Why don't we pierce babies?
Freedom of choice. We take children very seriously and respect their autonomy. We will only pierce them if the child shows interest.

Imagine an 18-year-old with the ears of a 6-month-old. And the holes look just as ridiculous later on people who were gleefully pistol-whipped as children.

A newborn is born with two types of immunity: its own IgM antibodies and IgG antibodies transferred from the mother through the placenta. The latter provide passive protection against infections, but gradually decline between the 2nd and 6th month of life, a period commonly referred to as the immune slump.
